Refund policy
Last updated 6 September 2026
The short version
You can have your money back on any purchase within 15 days, for any reason or for no reason at all. There are no exceptions, and you do not have to explain yourself.
What is covered
Everything we sell:
- the monthly Supporter subscription;
- the yearly Supporter subscription;
- the one-time lifetime Supporter purchase;
- coin packs bought on their own.
The 15 days run from the date of the payment. A subscription renewal has its own window: each payment is refundable for 15 days from the day it was taken, not only the first one.
Having used what you paid for makes no difference. Coins you have already spent on kits or name colours do not reduce your refund. If you supported GrooveArena, took the coins, unlocked a kit and changed your mind on the last day of the window, you get your money back.
How to ask
Either of these works, and neither needs a reason:
- Reply to your Paddle receipt, or use the help link on it. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every purchase made here and can issue the refund directly.
- Or write to support@groovearena.com from the address you paid with, and we will arrange it with Paddle.
Your payment history, with an invoice for each one, is on your account page — that is the quickest way to find the date and amount of the payment you mean.
How long it takes
Paddle returns an approved refund to the payment method it was taken from. Card issuers and banks usually take a few business days after that before it appears on a statement, which is outside anybody's control here.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops the next payment. A refund returns money already taken. They are separate things: cancelling on its own does not refund a payment already made, and a refund does not by itself cancel a subscription. Ask for both if you want both.
If you cancel without asking for a refund, you keep Supporter until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is taken away on the day you click cancel.
What happens to your account
A refunded subscription payment ends Supporter status for the period it covered. Coins already granted are not clawed back, and kits you unlocked with them stay unlocked — untangling that would mean taking a kit out of somebody's loops after the fact, which we are not going to do.
Repeatedly buying, spending and refunding is the one thing that will get an account closed. That is about abuse, not about you changing your mind once.
Outside the 15 days
You can cancel at any time, so a subscription never has to run longer than you want it to. And if something has actually gone wrong — a double charge, a payment you do not recognise, coins that never arrived — write to us whatever the date. Those get sorted out on their merits rather than on a calendar.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page removes rights you have under the law where you live, including any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation. Where local law gives you longer or more than this policy does, the law applies.
